Arly,

I heard of the same thing hapening in one of our large hospitals in Phoenix.
All third hand information but, the child was fed the milk of another mother
in the NICU.  They did not want the child breastfed by its own mother until
the mother who had stored the milk in the NICU had an HIV test.  Let us know
how it turned out.
