I, too, do not get alot of milk when I pump, even using the Classic with
double setup. It is discouraging when a colleague says "that's all you got!"
I had this problem with the first baby, but attributed it to the high stress
NICU environment where I worked (I was always hurrying to get back to the
unit).
One thing I tried recently when I just couldn't letdown was to sing the songs
that I sing to my baby when she nurses. That triggered it!
Oh well, I just don't respond to the pump as I do to the baby. Could be
because I pump very seldom (I work very part-time), but I don't let it worry
me because both kids were thriving, healthy, good gainers.
