You did not specify much about tumor this mother has (Linda Rosetti in
Clarkston, WA), but if it is benign, it could very well be a prolactinoma,
which is a benign tumor of the pituitary.  It usually causes excess milk
and is treated with parlodel. This DOES NOT MEAN SHE HAS TO WEAN!  What
usually happens is her milk supply is less runaway.

If she wants to continue breastfeeding, tell her to go ahead. (Refs to this
can be found in Breastfeeding and Human Lactation (don't remember which
chapter, but check the ones on maternal heal and maternal illness.
