P.S.  I didn't mean that last post as anything against Naomi, I think her
paper is necessary and timely.   I just had a patient tell me her boss
wouldn't want her to pump because he is a "young pup" and a week later, she
was right.  (she is pumping anyway).
        I just get frustrated at the amount of ignorance and lack of
interest in learning something new out there.  Sort of like "if it doesn't
pertain to me, I don't want to know about it".
