I was wondering after reading Marie Davis' comment and inclusion of info
from Pris Bornmann's LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS unit. Do these non-certified LCs
know about/have liability insurance? Those of you encountering them might
ask and then share that quote; namely, that they will be judged by the same
standard as the certiied LCs and if they are found wanting.... hm. Might
get them thinking and wondering what standard a certified LC is held to.
Just a thought. :-)
