Catherine: Could you please explain why "rocking or bouncing
baby, using a fast, small motion while holding baby firmly
against the chest or shoulder" will increase organization before
feeding? I seem to see quite a few disorganized souls and found
this very interesting and would like to know your theory of why
this works. Forgive the flippancy, but would it sort of be like
the farmer who whacks the mule over the head to get its
