    there is no reason to wean from the "other" breast...it ispossible to
allow one breast to involute and the other not....references for one sided
feeding: brewster d You can brastfeed your baby even in special situations

edition p210 - not sure where it is in the latter edition...riordan practical

    while i have areas of disagreement with susan love vis a vis
breastfeeding in this situation i think she would be a good person to call.
she is dir of the revlon breast center in ucla...

     the lit on br surger and lactation is not plentiful and much of what is
written is not substaciated....
