In response to the mom with the occasional breast pain after a feeding, have
you considered sudden refilling of the milk ducts?  I have seen this between
feedings and soon afterwards.  The pain usually goes away within the first 3
mos.  Of course, I'd check other components of the feeding, too, i.e.
position, latch to be sure nothing was missed. ...
