One of my interests is ayurvedic medicine, a type of eastern Indian
medicine.  My reference book on herbs states that fenugreek is a
galactogogue but that sage suppresses the mammary gland when taken
internally.  To those of you who have been talking about sage, what is your
refernece(s) and what ethnic origin is(are) they from?  Thanks.
