Anne:  Thanks for the info.  In the booklet, we did recommend prenatal
breastfeeding classes as well as community support groups.  I don't know
how things are in your area, but I am leary of recommending prenatal
counselling by physicians and other health care professionals, because
their knowledge is often poor, even if they are supportive (in fact, if
you're referring to Gary Freed's article from JAMA 2/8/95, my impression
was that physicians have little training in lactation and are not
knowledgeable on the subject.  This, of course, is one of my main
projects which I hope to work with you on through the A.B.M.  As for the
dental question, I have a literature review cooking, and should have
something by the time I get to Chicago.  See you there.  Best of luck on
