I just received a question about the risk of taking approximately 200 mg
of chromium pecolinate per day while breastfeeding.  The premise is that
the chromium will help with insulin uptake and help you firm up and lose
weight.  Anybody know of any potential risks?  Any studies on
effectiveness?
