I seem to remember an article somewhere by Elizabeth (?) Jones, a
dietitian at a hospital in San Diego (I hope I can find the reference),
about a comprehensive program for breastfeeding promotion at their
facility including mother-friendly workplace for their own staff (with
pictures of their own staff nursing their babies gracing the waiting
room), and informed consent regarding formula.  It appears to be
successful and well accepted.  Perhaps we could get her input as to how
