     I find that there are parents and situations where bottles are going to
be used. if that is the case i encourage the parents to use a slow nipple and
a wide based one...the ides being that bf babies are used to a slower feed
and are often overwhelmed by the speed of the flow from a "normal" nipple. I
also think it is important to encouge the baby's mouth to be open wide...
