You might contact Medicaid of West Virginia to ask about their policy re
reimbursement for pumps--after our WIC people negotiated with them, they
began to cover the cost of electric pump rental for any mom whose baby must
stay in the hospital, even if the infant is full-term.  I work in a tertiary
care hospital, so we have a lot of NICU babies, and this has been a godsend
for our patients.  Good luck!  (If you'll send me your snail-mail address,
I'll send you a copy of the letter from Medicaid detailing this.)
