I see a lot of women here (well, it seems like a lot to me) who are willing
to pump for extended periods of time (weeks or months) but do not want nor
intend to ever put their babies to the breast.  All they will say is they
don't want to.  I wonder if the incidence of this is higher in my area.  I
always wonder about possible sexual abuse, but there are so many that I
wonder if it's some sort of cultural artifact particular to my area.
