This is a very interesting case. I wonder whether the mother's anger was
being displaced onto breastfeeding and actually stemmed from something else ?
 Feelings of anger don't come out of the air. For starters, I'd like to know
when the anger began (with first breastfeeding ??), how she responded to
nipple stimulation by her husband, and whether she had a history of sexual
abuse.
