Try skin to skin with Baby after most of a bottle, several times per day.
Baby will not be frantically hungry, and his instincts will kick in to get
into breastfeeding position and latch. I would not expect instant results,
though that can happen, but with persistence, Baby will start latching and
suckling. Might need to make a gradual shift in removing the bottle as
main food source. And Mom will need to maintain milk production.
Tell Mom that it may be very intense for a while with pumping & double
feeding, but it will not last forever.
