My Name is Kellie Richardson. I am an RNC, IBCLC from Longview, Texas.  I
have 15 years Neonatal and Breastfeeding experience in a level II Maternal
Child Department.  We have the only Lactation Center in East Texas and North
West La.  We are in the process of developing this center into a full time
clinic.  We provide electric breastpumps, breastfeeding supplies, individual
consults as well as Postpartum follow-up for all breastfeeding moms who
deliver at our facility 1 week after delivery.  I am married and have 3
children.  I enjoy reading, gardening, geneology, and decorative painting in
my spare(ha ha) time.

I am in need of salary ranges for hospital based LC's.  As we are the only
ones for hundreds of miles around us, we have no idea of what kind of salary
range to place with our jobs.  I have about 1 month to come up with these
salary ranges or I will have my pay decreased about 7-8 dollars/hr.if I take
a full time LC position.  I need ammunition to take to the hospital
management to support my salary.  If anyone would be will to divulge thier
