Blebs do tend to recur even as latch problems may resolve over time and any
continuous warmth on the bleb will soften it for sure.oil,  as has been
said, or water or whatever source is convenient for that individual to use,
but Dee Kassing's Method is most effective for blebs that recur.is it in the
