I found the first part of a lecture by Wilfred Sheldon in Nursing Mirror, Sept. 4, 1953. It ended with "to be continued". Title "Failure to Thrive in the Newborn". I would love to locate the balance of the lecture, but didn't come up with any leads on line. Perhaps someone in the UK would have better luck or, LOL, be a better researcher than me.
