Hi Jane and all,
I have found good videos at
https://med.stanford.edu/newborns/professional-education/breastfeeding.html
and at
https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/bf-info/videos
One of these shows the mother’s perspective which is very useful.
There are also these https://ibconline.ca/breastfeeding-videos-english/
However, I am not sure if any has animation.
Looking forward to checking out the other links!
😀

Subject: Animated latch video
I am trying to locate an animated video showing how baby with a wide gape and good tongue function gathers in the breast tissue and nipple to form the teat. I am speaking to a group of providers and want them to “get” the function of the tongue and why checking for ties is important when assessing latch as well as why pacifiers interfere with muscle learning. I thought I saw a link posted here that was pretty good but can’t locate in searching archives.
