I have found the lecithin to be helpful for moms with reoccurring blebs as well, but I would also consider questioning the function of her pump motor or pump parts first. Is she able to effectively and efficiently (and frequently) remove milk with her pump? Or is she using her pump incorrectly, i.e. turning up suction too high in an attempt to better remove milk... this can be the case as well if she has a faulty pump. Her nipples are swollen (are they swollen because of blebs, or because of pump, or both I wonder) and she has blebs on both sides. A faulty pump may be the biggest contributor to the milk stasis that precedes the blebs. I would rule this out.
