I am looking into the safety of a mother using uva ursi and phytostan while breastfeeding. I can find that uva ursi is contraindicated but can't find info on phytostan. The ingredients in this combination: caprylic acid, undecylenic acid, grapefruit seed extract, pau d'arco. I can't find info in Hale or the NIH app about any of those. Does anyone have experience or other reference options?

She is working with her physician who is recommending these medications.
