I was very surprised about kratom's being reported so negatively. Both my
husband and I take it occasionally for our various pains with no ill
effects. When you consider that the most common cause of acute liver
failure in the United States is acetaminophen (paracetamol) overdose,
kratom seems much safer. Ibuprofen can cause kidney failure, while aspirin
can injure the stomach.

The main question is how much ends up in a mother's milk, a question left
unanswered.
