I am in the process of clearing out years and years of records - and was wondering, as I have Malpractice Insurance as an IBCLC (longer than that, but my oldest records are from 1999). How long do I need to keep these records? Until the children I see are over age 21?

I also carry malpractice insurance as a nurse...even though I'm retired...
