I suppose that's possible. She followed the recommendation of Dr. Hale, which was to take her last dose of Reglan, then start the Domperidone 24 hours later (if I'm remembering correctly).
She stopped the Reglan because she developed an agitated depression. Most definitely did not feel this depressed while on Reglan.

Hi Mary,
I am wondering if the depression might not have been caused
by the reglan. It is a common side effect, and the
recommendation is to wean from it very gradually. Is it
possible the weaning was not gradual enough for this
particular person?
