I have an almost 2 week old baby that mom wants to breastfeed (3rd baby) she had him latching initially but then he wasn’t gaining and was readmitted for jaundice. He was bottle fed during his stay (she didn’t want that) and now he won’t latch. He doesn’t have a tongue tie, his upper lip is a bit tight but otherwise nothing. She has tried the nipple shield with very limited success.
