Unresolved thrush? PTP

Baby DOB 3/14/19

Per mom:
We tried 10 days of nystatin and me on diflucan for 7 days - that didnt
work. Then pediatrician prescribed flucanazole for her, which shes been on
for 8 days, and i got
more flucanazole for myself as well. Last week for 4 days we also tried
Gentian Violet. However I still see the thrush in her mouth! And i'm still
having the shooting pain! Ive cut out sugar from my diet, taking
probiotics, and putting cream on my nipples too.

Any thoughts? I've never seen such a resistant case of thrush before, but I
can't say I have a ton of thrush experience.
