Sonya, thank you for letting us know the sad news of Joy Noel-Weiss.  What
a shock, and condolences to her family and friends.  Joy was the
Chairperson of the ILCA Ethics Committee for quite some time, and she did a
wonderful job.  I remember long, interesting phone calls from her during my
time on the Committee. She would keep in touch often, sending pics of her
daughters and grandsons, of whom she was so proud, and of her lovely
husband Ben.  What a sweet person.  She dealt with so many challenges in
such a courageous way.  I will miss knowing that she's there.  My sympathy
to the special people in her life.
