Newborn w recessed chin. Mother’s 7th baby. 5th living. Vaginal birth at home. Baby was breech. Turned. Mother has had 3 breech births prev. Breastfed all children.  I was looking in BWC and Kay Hoovers Breastfeeding Atlas case study booklet. Mother has bleeding nipples. Baby is 48 hrs old roughly. Raspberry drupelets on nipple plane. Poor latch. Lipstick slant. Extreme pain bfg and not. Nothing can touch the breasts. No clothing or pain ensues. Nipple shields havent worked in past but im rec a fitting and test one out. Need someone to fit mother in person as I am about 2,000 miles away. Ideas?  Thanks.
