Your plan sounds great.


If she takes the Sudafed and sage her engorgement should not last long.


Ice would be preferable over heat.


I experienced this personally at 21 weeks gestation, 25 years ago.  Noone warned me it might happen.  It is SO very sad to have milk and no baby, which makes it worse, I think. I hope she has a lot of loved ones to pamper her.
