ear Lactnet Friends:

The beginning of this video is viscerally disturbing to me. Although I have
heard wonderful things about Dr. Carol Philips, holding a baby in mid-air,
and applying far more than 5 grams of pressure to put a baby into those
positions, and the baby being instantly distressed, is not gentle or
therapeutic. The rest of the film is familiar to me.

Torsion, flexion, and extension can all be assessed and treated effectively
and gently, and in both directions, cdb in a far more gentle manner.

Not my cup of tea at all.

warmly,
Nikki
