For questions of why people use this, I watched a whole documentary on people using psilobycin for cluster headaches.  Many of these people had tried all the conventional approaches with no relief.  Several of the people were to the point of considering suicide.  Some were able to go up to 30 days without the headaches.  Cluster headaches are supposed to be horrid.  I definitely wouldn't advocate taking it while bf'ing and have no idea what the half life would be.
