Hi all,

Are any of you aware of a relationship between mother's diet and recurrent
plugged ducts / recurrent milk blebs?

I know the theory that lethitin can change the composition of the milk and
diminish the recurrence of plugs, but I have read no evidence, and in my
experience it works for some mothers but not for others. And even the
mothers it works for, it's hard to tell if it is the lethitin because we do
so many other interventions at the same time (position, latch, draining
etc)!

So... Would, for example, omega 3 help these moms? Just walking in the
dark here...
