Hello,
nothing to tell about boobyfood but please allow me to share:
In France, we have ONE milk bank which is specialised into freeze-dried
milk (lyophilised). No water, so longer preservation should be. And seems
enough for premature babies. The milk bank was called Marmande milk bank;
by now it is Bordeaux-Marmande milk Bank; (breast milk and wine all
around....)

Other element to share: Prof. Blanca Rosa Aguilar Uscanga gave a good
conference in 2021 about Effect of the SPRAY DRYING Process, High
Pressures, and Radiation on the Nutritional Quality of Human Milk
(Universidad de Guadalajara. This is not lyophilized/freeze-dried but...
she talks about better nutriments preservation AND longer time of
consumption. Compared with freeze-dried and "regular" breast milk.

it does not answer at all your question but I remember during the chat of
the conference, a lot of attendees were saying: why don't we have that....

Breast regards,
Françoise Coudray, IBCLC
