The Drugs and Lactation Database (LactMed) states that Denosumab is a human
immunoglobulin G2 (IgG2) antibody. And while there is no real information
on its use during lactation, it can be inactivated by up to 50% when the
milk is pasteurized. It is a large protein molecule so the transfer to
breastmilk would be very low and could be partially destroyed in the
infant's stomach.
