So part of the answer is in the cause. Are these moms pumping more than
they need to - see that a lot lately. Have they tried block feeding or
other strategies? Sage can be purchased almost anywhere and brewed as a tea
or put into food. Peppermint can also work sometimes. Herbs can be hit or
miss - some moms respond very strongly to them, some hardly at all. The
more they take, the stronger will be the response.
