Hi Karleen -
I did a search in the archives and got 6 hits going back to 1995. The search term to use typed exactly like this is:
"breastfeeding and the law" AND visitation
The search function is a lot easier in the latest Lactnet but we lost the ability to send post numbers. When I searched on the word visitation, I received a ton of hits and it looks like there was a special New Beginnings issue that covered Breastfeeding and the Law that Liz wrote but it no longer exists on the LLLI website. (The results of the visitation search were very interesting.)

Long ago the late Liz Baldwin helped me to understand why making breastfeeding an argument against access in family law was a bad idea. I was wondering if anyone here was aware if Liz published this anywhere? I’d like to cite her in a paper.
