These silicone pumps (like the Haakaa and others and definitely not WHO
Code friendly) seem to have taken over normal breastmilk supply adjustment.

I have a few clients who LOVE them. Some clients are afraid of always
having that much milk all the time (stay at home moms who don't need a milk
stash).

I'm ambivalent.

What have your experiences been?
