Breast shells pre natally

Is there any evidence based recommendations I could refer to for any use of breast shells during last few weeks of pregnancy for inverted nipples??

I have someone I am working with prenatally and she is currently ncerned about just one breast. Does anyone have experience with breast shells being used for inverted or flat nipples prior to delivery (I have used them often post partum but not prior to delivery.  Thanks in advance
