thank you for this information!  the link to resources is very helpful.
It seems due to medical marijuana legalization, many are under the misconception of marijuana is safe for babies.
I have even heard Pediatricians comment, oh well her screen is only positive for THC, no big deal. 
we still report to Child Protective Services ALL positive toxicology screens, but they as well do not intervene.
We have a large heroin substance abuse issue here.  As well as NAS methadone & suboxone babies. So to many
marijuana is no big deal.
