Hi Norma, While I couldn't find any recent research to support this treatment, many, many years ago at a large Medical Center where I worked as a nurse, we used normal saline power sprays for would healing. I wonder if you could substitute breast milk?  Of course, you would want a low force spray so as to not disturb new granulating tissue. I imagine you are working with a wound care specialist and it may be worth asking. Best of luck.
