I too, tell mothers who have purchased unsatisfactory pumps at pharmacies or
stores to return them to the store and get their money back. I go on to tell
then if they get no satisfaction from the retailer they should then write a
letter directly to the company who makes the pump and request their money back
explaining that the pump they purchased is inferior. My frustration is that I
often feel that the moms I'm talking to are not really going to follow up on my
suggestions. Can anyone think of a better way to make this happen?
