 The main concern is her ulcerative colitis.  Her hypothyroidism should be controlled with thyroid replacement, the same way that diabetes is controlled with replacement insulin.  Moringa is a vegetable, I saw green fields of it growing in Uganda! Not sure what a capsule would do to ulcerative colitis.  Maybe infant risk center would have some ideas.  Why does she need a galactogogue?  Pat in SNJ
 
PTP. I have a mother who has hypothyroidism and ulcerative colitis. Fenugreek, reglan and domperidone are not options for her. Have you heard of problems with goats rue, shatavari or moringa with either of those 2 disease types?
