I am clear about my recommendation in this case:
From both a philosophical and scientific viewpoint, recreational drugs of abuse should be contraindicated during breastfeeding as they are hazardous, not only to the nursling, but to the mother as well.
If a mom is not willing to stop these types of drugs for the benefit of her child, she should stop breastfeeding, as the benefits to continuing to breastfeed do not outweigh the risks of this type of drug use.
In this case, I wonder how strong the incentive to stop breastfeeding or the drugs is as the mom was willing to risk her fetus to the same drugs.
