I just received the current issue of Clinical Lactation: Tongue Tie Expert Roundtable, and I want to thank the editor, Kathleen Kendall Tackett and the co-editor Marsha Walker.  They have succeeded in providing their readers with information, examples and opinions in a format that is respectful and allows the speakers to share their experiences and knowledge.

 

If only we could have others realize that criticism and emotional-laden arguments are useless and only increase divisiveness without leading to an improvement in the care of those we are here to serve.  

 

...now if this format could be spread to the rest of our current on-line dialogues, how much better we would all be!
