I thought of hand warmers that you can purchase and squeeze them to activate. Outdoor workers use them in the winter. They can be carried in a diaper bag. We have a carafe for coffee and my husband swears it keeps his coffee warm all day when he is outdoors with it. I believe there may be small ones? Not sure of the safety of carrying warm milk all day, I thnk the hand warmers may be better.
