Yes, the quality of the milk is rarely the issue-- it is usually about
the needed volume. And a gastric bypass procedure require the mother to
watch out for vitamin absorption issues for her own health. And I was
surprised to learn in this newsletter about some common medications that
can also interfere with vitamin uptake. (Recommending the free
