A patient of mine told me she got it from New Zealand without a prescription. It was with her first child several years ago.

> Hi,
> I have had the beautiful situation over many years in which a local compounding pharmacy was making domperidone for our local moms with a prescription from a physician. It was so awesome. Unfortunately they have discontinued making it due to the FDA rules, and because they received information which made them fear losing their license.
> So my question - where are other LCs directing moms who need this medication? Is it cost effective? Will they accept prescriptions from USA if it is a Canadian pharmacy (or other country). Hope you can share this info with me, I'd appreciate it.
