I was wondering what your thoughts are on the following. I am working with a mother with quite a strong history against full breastfeeding: 
PCOS (not on medicine at the moment)
breast reduction
anemia 
She has also not been able to exclusively breastfeed her first 2 children. 

My question is: do you think domperidone is recommended with such a history? will it possibly work against these odds?
